The Publix Hilton Head Island Marathon & Half Marathon is Saturday, February 13th at 8:00am. Runners will depart from Jarvis Creek Park and follow a course that will take them on the Cross Island Parkway, through several parks, numerous neighborhoods and over Broad Creek.
