Celebrate the luck of the Irish at one of the Grand Strand’s largest annual celebrations. North Myrtle Beach’s 28th annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival returns to the city’s downtown Main Street district on Saturday, March 12. Explore North Myrtle Beach is a proud sponsor of the St. Patrick’s Day festivities, which draws more than 30,000 festival-goers annually, and admission is complimentary.
This year’s parade will begin at 9 a.m., rain or shine, and streets are expected to close prior to the event at 8:30 a.m. Spectators are encouraged to find their spots along the Main Street parade route well in advance.
The festival will begin immediately following the parade at 11 a.m. The celebration on Main Street will feature live music, food vendors, arts and crafts vendors, and plenty more. Main Street, from Ash Street to Ocean Boulevard, will remain closed for the St. Patrick’s Day Festival until 4 p.m.
