The Center for Heirs’ Property Preservation is hosting a free webinar on Heirs’ Property and Sustainable Forestry at 6 p.m., Monday, December 7th.
Presenters will discuss the risks and rights of heirs’ property and how to make your land work for you and build generational wealth.
“Protecting heirs’ property and learning how to better use the land is one of the top concerns for Gullah Geechee communities on Hilton Head Island,” said Sheryse DuBose, PhD, the Historic Neighborhoods Administrator for the Town of Hilton Head Island. “The Town is encouraging families and individuals to take advantage of this free webinar, especially as they continue to deal with family property that has been passed down through the years,” DuBose said.
