The Long Bay Symphony Orchestra Presents: A Virtual Telethon. This will be a live event streamed online for viewers to enjoy several performances by musicians of the symphony, as well as hear a handful of special messages by members of the organization. This live event will take place on September 27, 2020 beginning at 4:00 PM.
Join the Long Bay Symphony on Facebook as well as on the LBS website, for a Live Virtual Telethon. This special event will include exclusive musical performances featuring the Symphony’s principal musicians and ensembles. LBS hopes to raise $20,000 to support their educational and musical efforts through the struggles of the COVID-19 pandemic.
This fundraiser will allow LBS to continue their mission of enhancing the cultural and artistic environment of our region by providing the highest quality musical performances and programs which entertain and educate patrons of all ages. As the only professional performing arts organization in Horry County and surrounding areas, it is more important now than it ever has been in the past to push forward and fight for the future of the arts in our region.
The Long Bay Symphony’s Virtual Telethon will be another event with the safety and interest of the community in mind. On September 27, 2020 beginning at 4:00PM EST, LBS invites patrons and supporters alike watch live on their Facebook and website as we come together as a community in an effort continue to stay connected with the Grand Strand region and beyond.
